Studio B functions as a creative hub, a more compact room perfect for writing, overdubs, production, and in-the-box mixing.
While it doesn’t have the number of inputs as the A room, the signal path is no-compromise, with an analog front end featuring Aurora Audio GTQ preamps as well as a Distressor and a Summit TLA100A feeding an Apogee Symphony.
A Grace m904B serves as a monitor controller for the Mackie HR824 monitors. There’s also two isolation rooms for a vocalist and a speaker cabinet.
With the independent engineer or studio-savvy musician in mind, the room is designed to interface any permutation of gear the client brings with them, from utilizing just the house gear, to incorporating a guest interface, to simply plugging in the mini plug of a laptop the result is an environment electric with inspiration.
